About the customer: Drizly is the technology company powering a superior shopping experience for beer, wine and liquor, combining the best selection and price, content-rich and personalized shopping experiences, and the speed and convenience of on-demand delivery.

About the project: Drizly's eCommerce application is written and maintained in-house, based on Ruby on Rails. Using the Scrivito CMS, Drizly handles all the content marketing aspects directly in this application. Editors can create content, e.g. landing pages or recipes, in place and seamlessly display and link to products from within that content.

Implementation: The project was implemented jointly by Drizly's staff and supported by Infopark's consulting team.

IFCO


About the customer: IFCO North America is the leading provider of RPCs (Reusable Plastic Container) for fresh products including fruit, vegetables, meat, or eggs. By partnering with leading producers and retailers, we are working to create North America's most cost effective and sustainable supply chain.

About the project: The site was relaunched using Scrivito. It's multi-lingual, beeing rolled out in dozens of countries and has advanced features like an Environmental Impact Calculator Widget or an extensive searchable list of technical specifications including product comparisons.

Dortmund Airport


About the customer: Dortmund Airport is an international airport located 10 km (6.2 mi) east of Dortmund, North Rhine-Westphalia. With about 2 million passengers a year, it serves the eastern Rhine-Ruhr area, the largest urban agglomeration in Germany, and is mainly used for low-cost and leisure charter flights. As the gateway to Europe, Dortmund Airport is an important part of the infrastructure of North Rhine-Westphalia, connecting people and creating jobs.

About the project: The website has over a dozen interfaces to external services, e.g. flight information, interactive 3D maps, car parking booking systems, etc. The site is dynamic and responsive to satisfy the visitors accessing it using their mobile phone to view the latest arrival or departure times. Due to the unpredictable traffic patterns of airports (strikes, weather conditions, …), large traffic spikes occur. The highly scalable cloud technology behind Scrivito is able to absorb these spikes, keeping the website up and running in such situations. The site is available in four languages (German, English, Polish, Dutch).

Airport Nürnberg


About the customer: Nuremberg Airport is the international airport of the Franconian metropolitan area of Nuremberg and the second busiest airport in Bavaria. With about 3.3 million passengers handled in 2013, it is Germany's 10th largest airport.

About the project: Since Nuremberg Airport is one of our long-standing customers, their main website was driven by a very early version of Scrivito. nue4agents is a site especially for travel agents, airpart is a site for a subsidary operating all the ground handling services. The site features a lot of interactive functionality such as car parking booking, departure information and SMS flight information.

The project was one of the very early reference projects for AWS in Germany and is still mentioned in presentations of Amazon's CTO Werner Vogels and in their case studies. We won numerous awards for this project, e.g.: Winner EuroCloud Germany, Winner EuroCloud Europe, Winner IT Europa, European IT & Software Excellence Awards (Best Content Management Solution), Winner Computerwoche Best in Cloud, and Winner Innovationspreis IT - Best Service On Demand.

About the customer: Founded in 1989, EOS is the global technology and quality leader in high-end Additive Manufacturing (AM) solutions. As the leading pioneer of Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS™) technology, EOS also provides a unique polymer AM portfolio. For these industrial 3D Printing processes, EOS offers a modular solution portfolio including systems, software, materials, technical and consulting services.

About the project: EOS was one of the first Scrivito customers. Located near Munich, they're a typical German "hidden champion." EOS has a huge, content-rich site due to the technical nature of their products, advanced 3D printers.

TROX


About the customer: TROX is the leader in developing, manufacturing and selling components, appliances and systems for indoor air conditioning and ventilation. Dedicated research has made TROX a leader of innovation in these fields.

About the project: Trox is one of the early adopters of Scrivito. Again, a hidden champion from Germany. The project started with their German website and is still in the process of rolling out dozens of country sites worldwide.

Fraunhofer FOKUS


About the customer: With around 500 employees, FOKUS is one of the largest Fraunhofer institutes. Scientists from 11 competence centers cover the complete development chain of urban IT-Infrastructure, from architectural design and modelling to middleware and platforms right up to concrete applications.

About the project: Each of the ten competence centers of FOKUS has at least one editor who is responsible for the respective section of the website. Scrivito has made it possible to present these sections uniquely and consistently to the visitors. The website is bilingual (German/English), due to the international nature of their research projects.

pronova BKK


About the customer: Over 678,000 insured persons in Germany place their trust in pronova BKK in matters of health. Many of our customers are employed by world class companies such as Bayer, BASF, Boehringer Ingelheim, Continental, Ford, Georgsmarienhütte, Hapag Lloyd, Johnson Controls, Lanxess, Michelin and Vaillant.

About the project: For the health insurance company pronova BKK, having a user-friendly and responsive web interface was a very important point. Scrivito was the first CMS the editors at pronova BKK encountered that offered convincing and satisfying usability which was attributed to Scrivito's sophisticated in-place editing capabilities. pronova BKK also runs several other microsites with Scrivito, e.g. the youth portal “Proberaum.”

Pharmatechnik


About the customer: Pharmatechnik is a full service provider for pharmacies in Germany, with 670 employees and 14 sites across Germany. They’re offering their services to about 7000 customers.

About the project: The main goal of the project was to enable a dialogue between the company and its customers using the web instead of traditional phone calls to reduce the number of calls in their call center and inform their customers more proactively. The site (especially the areas for the customers) are deeply CRM-integrated and offer self-service functionality, e.g. subscribing to mailings, event booking and handling (for trainings, etc.), and much more. The site is featured as a case study (in German) on the AWS website.

TVSMILES


About the customer: TVSMILES is a Berlin-based startup which has built a second-screen app-based loyalty program to encourage people to watch TV ads. Much like Shazam does for music, TVSmiles’ tech analyzes the audio signature of the TV ad the phone user is watching to identify it. It then pushes additional branded and campaign content to their phone, recognizes interactions and rewards them using a virtual currency. The virtual currency (Smiles) can then be redeemed by the user for partner products or at retail brand shops.

About the project: Using Scrivito, TVSmiles is expanding their reach beyond a mobile app into the web. Next to managing Smiles and encouraging shopping for awards, TVSmiles features a huge selection of deals, which again reward every purchase with additional Smiles.

Falken Tire

About the customer: Falken Tire, a Sumitomo Rubber Industries (SRI) brand, is a maker of automotive tires. The company was launched in its native country of Japan in 1983 and was introduced to the North American market two years later. Falken has now become a stand-alone brand that focuses on UHP (Ultra High Performance) products while utilizing professional motorsports to further develop and improve products for worldwide distribution.

About the project: Falkentire runs country sites in six languages (English, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Hungarian) and a mobile site with Scrivito.
